Quick start

  1. Create an account at app.cookiedoo.net/register and confirm your e-mail address. One domain is free, with no card.
  2. Add your domain under Domains, for example example.com. Enter it without https:// or www; both example.com and www.example.com are covered.
  3. Verify the domain with a DNS record, a meta tag or the script itself. See Verify your domain.
  4. Paste the snippet into the <head> of every page, as the first script. See Install the snippet.
  5. Turn the banner on. On the domain’s page select Turn banner on. Then open Edit banner, choose a layout and colours, and select Publish. Until you publish your own design, visitors see the default banner.

Within a few minutes the first scan starts and fills your cookie declaration. You can also start one yourself with Scan now.
